Welcome to play disc golf with sports tutors on 12 April 2025
Join the sports tutors for a game of disc golf on Sat 12 Apr 2025 at 11 am – 2 pm at the disc golf course in Pansio. The event is free and all the students and staff members of the universities in Turku are welcome to join. You do not have to pay the CampusSport sports fee in order to participate. No enrollment in advance. You do not need to have your own discs, you can borrow them from the sports tutors. But if you do have some discs, please bring them.
Meet the sports tutors in front of K-Market Perno (Hyrköistentie 28, Turku) at 11 am sharp. If you come by bus, join the sports tutors who will take the bus number 32 from the market square (platform A4) at 10.30 am. The tutors will meet you at the bus stop. They will wear vests with a text “Sports tutor”. You will get off the bus at the bus stop of Pernontie (stop number 746). You can travel back to the market square with the sports tutors after the event. Everyone pays for their own bus fare.
Wear sturdy shoes and clothes that are suitable for outdoor exercising. Bring a water bottle. Note that the course is in a forest and the route is challenging at times. There are some climbs.
If it rains a lot, the event will be cancelled.
