Enrollment for courses with separate fees has started

Enrollment for the courses with separate fees has started. You can enroll in courses by paying the course fee at the online store of CampusSport. You don’t need to pay CampusSport’s sports fee in order to participate in courses. Course descriptions, timetables and prices are listed in the schedule (select tab “courses”).

These courses will be available this autumn:

Acro Yoga
Acro Yoga is a combination of yoga and acrobatics. Acro Yoga creates a connection between people through motion, joy and play. Course fee is 47€. More information and the enrollment: https://bit.ly/3ej8ylr

Basics of running technique
We will go through the basics of running technique. The course focuses on learning the proper position and posture when running and adapting ideal techniques through different running, muscle toning and coordination exercises. Course fee 41€. Contact improvisation
Contact improvisation is based on dance improvisation, interaction and spontaneity. We will do exercises in pairs and groups. Course fee is 42€. More information and the enrollment: https://bit.ly/3TJEQ9C

Couple dancing for beginner
On the beginners’ course we get to know traditional couple dances: single-time swing, foxtrot, slow waltz, tango and salsa. You switch pairs during the class, so you don’t need to have a pair of your own. Note that leaders and followers have their own course products in CampusSport’s online store. Course fee is 37€. Gym training for beginners
Participants will learn the basics of gym training. We will go through easy basic movements with both equipment and free weights. Course fee is 36€. More information and the enrollment: https://bit.ly/3RFFpiW

Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a combat sport developed from karate and boxing. It is based on kicking and punching. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence or competing. Course fee is 50€. More information and the enrollment: https://bit.ly/3CTmBbI

Liikkeelle!
A course for people who have very little or no experience in exercising. The course is held only in Finnish. Course fee is 25€. More information and the enrollment: https://bit.ly/3TGBqnT

Pole dancing for beginners
The course is full.

Pole dancing for advanced beginners
We practise combining the basic movements and choreographies. We get to know the basics of more advanced movements. You can enroll in the course if you have participated in the beginners’ course or if you have previous experience in pole dancing. Course fee is 59€. Power Yoga for beginners
Power yoga is a fitness-based approach to yoga that helps strengthen and cleanse your body. The techniques used are based on Astanga Vinyasa yoga. Course fee is 42€. More information and the enrollment: https://bit.ly/3L2kNPP

Self-defence

Weightlifting for beginners
