1. Answers to customer feedback
We conducted a customer feedback survey at the end of the year 2024. We received around 140 answers and want to thank everyone who answered! The average grade for CampusSport’s services was 4,24 (on a scale of 1 to 5).
As in previous feedback surveys, we have answered to some of the open-ended questions. You can find the answers on our website: https://www.campussport.fi/en/answers-to-customer-feedback-autumn-2024/
We are happy to receive feedback anytime. You can give us feedback, for example, by sending an email to info@campussport.fi or leaving a message via the feedback form on our website.
2. Free curling try outs will continue in March
CampusSport and Copper Hill Curling Club organise curling try outs in March too! The try outs are free for those who have paid CampusSport’s sports fee. The try outs take place in five groups on Mondays 3 Mar-31 Mar 2025 at 7 pm – 9 pm. All try out groups have the same content but if you want to get more experience, you are welcome to join more than one try out. There are two curling sheets available each time, one for the beginners and one for those who already have some experience. The maximum amount of participants for each try out is 20.
Enrol to the try outs in CampusSport’s online reservation system. Enrolment to all the groups starts on Thursday 20 Feb at 2 pm. Note that the enrolment for each try out ends at 10 am on the try out day. If you want to cancel your reservation, the cancellation also needs to be made before 10 am.
More information on our website: https://www.campussport.fi/en/free-curling-try-outs-continue-in-march/
3. Courses with separate fees starting in March
CampusSport offers approximately 10 short courses with separate fees every semester. There are still places available in the following courses that start in March: K-pop for beginners, Gym training for beginners and Staff course: Gym training for beginners. Last day to enrol in these courses is 3 March 2025.
See the page Courses on our website for more information: https://www.campussport.fi/en/other-services/courses/
4. Everyone has to make their own reservation to the racket sports shifts starting from 1 March 2025
The court shifts of badminton, pickleball and table tennis will be removed from the sports schedule on 1 March 2025. After that, one person no longer makes the reservation for all the people who play in the court, but everyone makes their own reservation to the racket sports shifts.
We are making the change because the current reservation rules are being violated constantly. From autumn 2024 onwards, we have intervened with the violations more effectively and the reservation rules have been clarified. Some of our customers still do not follow the rules, but break them repeatedly. This places an unreasonable burden on CampusSport’s staff and the time spent on dealing with the violations is taken away from maintaining and developing other activities.
Starting from March, the reservation practises for the racket sports shifts will be the same as for other CampusSport’s shifts. Every player has to make their own reservation and confirm it on the touch screen before the shift begins. Confirmation needs to be made at the latest 10 minutes before the shift starts. There are four slots available for pre-reservation per each court. The participants are in charge of dividing the players evenly when there are more than one court available in the shift. The participants can agree that everyone will be a substitute during the shift so that it is possible to play singles.

5. Exceptions in the sports schedule and gym opening hours
– Flow yoga class on Thursdays at 9.00-9.50 am at Sport Sirkka will continue until the end of the spring semester.
– Educarium gym is closed on Monday 3 March 2025 at 2 pm – 4 pm due to teaching.
If there are any exceptions in the sports schedule or gym opening hours, we will inform you about them on our website. We won’t announce exceptions on our social media channels unless it is about a longer period or for example sudden interruption in the access control system.
The exceptions in the sports schedule are shown in the schedule with the text “Exception: see info”. If you click the link, you will be forwarded to the page where all the exceptions of the current week are listed. You can find the page on the menu as well: Schedule -> Exceptions in the schedule.
All exceptions in gym opening hours are updated into each gym’s own page as soon as we know them. Go to the page Facilities and select the gym you wish to get more information about.
6. Nutritional counseling service available
CampusSport offers nutritional counseling as an additional service again starting from 17 Feb 2025.
