Enrol to February’s competitions
CampusSport organises several competitions during the academic year. February’s competitions are pond hockey, gym sports and futsal. Enrolment to these competitions is now open.
There is a separate fee for each competition. You do not have to pay CampusSport’s sports fee in order to participate. Anyone can put a team together, as long as you are a student or a staff member in one of the universities in Turku. You can for example ask fellow students to join your team and participate in the competitions. More information about the competitions is available on the page Competitions.

Pond hockey
Time: 11 February 2025 at 11am-3pm
Location: Natural ice rinks in Turku or Varissuo ice hall
Additional information: Playing time 2 x 15 min. There is an amateur, a competition and a personnel series. Players have to have their own skates and helmets. A CampusSport Cup team sport.
Participation fee: 74 € / team
Last day to enrol: 26 January 2025
Gym sports
Time: 18 February 2025 between 4pm and 8pm
Location: Formis gym (Ajurinkatu 2, Turku)
Additional information: You can participate in one or more sports. Separate series for women and men. Sports: Pull-up: 1. Normal, maximum amount of repetitions with own body weight. 2. With additional weight, one repetition with maximum additional weight. Bench press: 1. Military press, maximum amount of repetitions with weight equal to participant’s bodyweight rounded up to the nearest 2,5 kg. For women the lifted weight is 2/3 of the participant’s weighing weight rounded up to the nearest 2,5 kg. 2. Maximum, one repetition with maximum additional weight. Leg press: 1. Maximum repetition, men with resistance of 150 kg, women 100 kg.

Futsal
Time: On weekdays between 10am and 6pm, starting from 24 February 2025. Estimated length of the competition is 3 weeks.
Location: Educarium (Assistentinkatu 5, Turku)
Additional information: Playing time 2x15min. There is an amateur, a competition and a personnel series. A CampusSport Cup team sport.
