Tip: these shifts have been less crowded

You have participated in the sports shifts actively this autumn – thank you! However, there have been fewer participants on certain shifts and we would like to encourage you to try those as well. This is also an excellent opportunity for those who appreciate their own space and prefer to exercise with a smaller group.

There have been fewer participants on these shifts:

  • Staff Posture power, Mon at 17.15–18.05, Iskeri
  • Basketball, Mon at 18.20–19.30, Iskeri
  • Body maintenance, Tue at 8.00-8.50, Sport Sirkka
  • EasyTraining, Tue at 14.00–14.50, Sport Sirkka
  • Upper Body Workout, Tue at 16.00–16.50, Iskeri
  • Basketball for beginners men, Tue at 19.35–20.50, Iskeri
  • Posture Power, Wed at 14.00–14.50, Sport Sirkka
  • M-Circuit®, Thu at 16.00–16.50, Iskeri
  • HIIT 30, Thu at 18.00–18.30, Iskeri
  • Floorball, Fri at 16.00–17.50, Iskeri
  • Independent shift, Fri at 19.00–20.00, Sport Sirkka
  • Pickleball, Sun at 14.00-14.50, Educarium gymnastics hall

There will be one change in the sports schedule starting from 9 Nov 2024. Floorball shift at Educarium on Saturdays at 17.00-18.50 is replaced by two new Badminton court shifts at 17.00-17.50 and 18.00-18.50.
